Planet Keiko is a fictional planet in the series. They are 100s of years more advanced then Earth. But they have there problems. Upon arrival Jessie recalls all of them being hit once with a ball of light. The person later on revealed to be the leader of the resistance aginst oppresive dictator Brian Cornette informed them that normally nobody whos been hit by those balls of light remember except the Keiko Deities. The fact that they can remember it means that they are the Keiko Deities.
